Public contract (offer)

1. General provisions

1.1. This contract is a public offer, which can be interpreted as an official offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"), according to which Sushi Master Limited Liability Company Registered office , registered office: 1085 Budapest, József körút 69., registration number: 01-09-306108, tax number: 26177083242, [MB1] (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") offers to purchase and deliver sushi and related products in a contractual form to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") who accepts the terms and conditions contained in this offer by placing an order on the online https://budapest.sushi-master.hu

1.2. The contract is concluded in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.), the CVIII/2001 Electronic Commerce Act, the CLV/1997 Consumer Protection Act, the CXII/2011 Personal Data Protection Act, and the EU (GDPR) Regulation.

1.3. The offer is accepted (free of charge) by the Buyer placing an order on the website or mobile app Sushi Master. The offer is considered accepted when the Seller confirms the order.

1.4. The offer is valid until the contract is signed or withdrawn by the Seller. The current version is always available on the website.

1.5. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of the offer and will publish any changes on the website.

2. Subject matter of the contract

2.1. The Seller undertakes to prepare and deliver sushi and related products to the Buyer in accordance with the list on the website, and the Buyer is obliged to pay for them at the prices specified on the website and to take delivery of the products.

2.2. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer or to the collection point in accordance with the information provided.

3. Placing an order

3.1. Orders are placed on the website, mobile app Sushi Master or by calling the phone number provided on the website.

3.2. To place an order, the Customer is required to provide: their name, contact details, delivery address or selection of a pickup point, the name and quantity of the product, and the payment method.

3.3. After placing the order, the Customer will receive confirmation by email or telephone.

4. Price and payment

4.1. All prices on the website are given in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include taxes (including VAT).

4.2. Payment is made in cash upon delivery, by credit card online, or by other means offered by the website.

4.3. In the case of credit card payments, bank fees may vary according to the bank rates paid by the Buyer.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out by courier or via a collection point within the delivery zone specified on the website.

5.2. Fees and delivery terms are specified on the website. Delivery time depends on product availability and order quantity.

5.3. The order is considered fulfilled when the product is delivered to the Buyer or Authorized person.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The Seller undertakes to:

• Deliver the product described on the website, in accordance with food safety requirements;

• Complete the delivery within the agreed deadline;

• Provide information on the return and complaint handling conditions.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

• Ensure the accuracy of the data when placing the order;

• Pay for the order on time;

• Take delivery of the product at the specified time and place.

7. Returns and complaints

7.1. Pursuant to Section 29 of the Consumer Protection Act (CLV/1997) and Section 20 of Act 45/2014 (II.26.) on distance contracts, perishable foods (especially sushi) are not eligible for return after receipt, provided that the quality and packaging of the product are not damaged.

7.2. If the Buyer finds any defect or discrepancy upon receipt of the product, they have the right to reject the product. In this case, the Seller shall refund the money within 14 days of confirming the complaint.

8. Processing of personal data

8.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Seller's privacy policy, Act CXII/2011 and the provisions of the GDPR.

8.2. The data is used exclusively for ordering, shipping, status tracking and marketing purposes, based on separate consent.

8.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw their consent to data processing and may request access to, correction or deletion of their data.

9. Responsibility of the parties

9.1. The parties are liable for breach of obligations or improper performance in accordance with Hungarian law.

9.2. The Seller shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of the order if the data provided by the Buyer is false or due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

10. Settlement of disputes

10.1. Disputes shall be settled through negotiation; if this does not lead to a result, the competent court shall be the court of the registered office.

10.2. The Buyer may lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority (Consumer Protection Authority) or the data protection authority (NAIH) in the event of problems relating to personal data.

11. Final provisions

11.1. The contract is concluded in Hungarian, enters into force upon acceptance, and is valid for an indefinite period until revoked or amended by the Seller.

11.2. Any changes to the terms and conditions shall take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
